Aol layoffs


Aol has interestingly sent out a memo to its employees that requests 2500 to voluntarily quit. If you are one of the 2500 who quit you will recieve a larger severence package than someone who would later be layed off.

Dvd to Blu


If you want to augment your Blu ray collection without emtying your bank accounts, you should be happy to hear that Warner Home Video has announced the online service Dvd to Blu, where you can send in used Dvd's of select titles and recieve the Blu ray versions. This costs between $8-$10, which is much cheaper than average Blu ray prices. Interesting. . .
